Summary
This position provides technical support, which includes troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration and monitoring to Virtualization system (Citrix Xenapp and Xendesktop system, VMware vSphere system), and corresponding project support.
Responsibilities:
1. Hardware installation, setup, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance. Following server build procedure building servers to fulfill project/business requirement.
2. Performing healthy check, audit, performance monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting for Citrix and VMware system.
3. Deploy and ensure the latest security patch is applied to virtualization system.
4. Work as COE to support AP virtualization system.
5. Provide 24x7 oncall service on virtualization system.
Qualifications:
1. Job requires a college degree in a technical area plus 3+ years of enterprise level Citrix and VMware system administration and troubleshooting experience.
2. Must have oral communication skills, necessary to assist users and work effectively in a team environment with corporate infrastructure engineer and portfolio manager
3. Experience in maintenance/trouble shooting on MS windows server and Linux server.
4. Experience in enterprise level server architecture, familiar with its installation/Upgrade process and configuration are highly preferred.
5. Certification on CCNA, MCSE is preferred
6. Willing to work in non-office hours, capable of provide 24*7 support via phone or onsite.

10. Excellent oral and written communication skills Both in Chinese and English.
